We are able to reproduce this issue and still look for root cause. While this issue occurs, BT process is too busy on A2DP handling so that key control will not work. |

Hi Yoon Sir, Sorry for late reply, and sorry this issue will not fix in today's release (r8) There are 3 parts of this issue. 1. BLE randomly disconnect while A2DP is playing 2. A2DP fail while BLE disconnect/reconnect (0000572) 3. BLE reconnect fail while A2DP is playing For 2, it is now solved. For 1, from the air sniffer log, RCU(BLE) stop to response while A2DP is playing. Cypress is analyzing the log, and hopefully they will give us a DLE disabled FW. For 3, We think it will be solved once 1 is ok, because while the BLE is trying the re-connection, if I stop the A2DP, then the BLE will have a chance to reconnect succeed. |

I tested it r8a SW. I connected BT headset. BLE is disconnected when I connect BT headset. But the menu say that BLE is connected, BT RCU doesn't work. And BT headset can listen TV Audio, but sometimes audio stopped in a short time. And RCU pairing is worse than before. But I can keep listen audio even though audio sometimes dropped. |

Yoon Sir, We swap the BT chip from A2 to A1, then the disconnection doesn't happen. Currently this issue is debugging by Cypress. |

Hi Jacky, Kerwn, Jim We don't have enough time for us to do the test and verify A2DP issue since SKB's offical QA will be starting soon. So those issues on A2DP have to be fixed as soon as you. In the worst case, we have to decide swapping BT chipset to A1 in consideration of HW phase, therefore we need to know Cypress' target date for improvement. Please escalate the issue and help to push them. |

Hi Eric, Cypress already provided A2 FW to us and we checked this FW would fix A2DP and Google assistant issue as well. So we decided to use A2 chip in DVT and you can also verify those issues using next box FW released next week w/ EVT boards. |
